ELECTRIC PICKLE AT THE BEND PHASE 2

The firm completed Construction Documents for Electric Pickle, a multi-building pickleball, restaurant, and office facility at the Bend (Phase 2). A five-story parking structure will  connect to the west side of the office building and will be constructed after the buildings are completed. The initial design concept was completed by our friends at Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects prior to our firm engaging in the project. The project is now permitted by Clark County and will begin construction in Q1 2025.
