AXIOM LIVING MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT

Share Westside is a public/private partnership between Cherry Development and The City of Las Vegas. The multifamily mixed-use development is located on a six (6) parcel 1.15-acre site on Las Vegas’ Historic Westside. The first new development in over 70 years, Share brings 104 one-bedroom living units of Affordable Housing, 8,440 SF of first-floor leasable Retail Space and a 6,135 SF Food Hall to this emerging neighborhood. The five-story building is utilizing prefabricated metal-framing, a first in Las Vegas. In plan, the building wraps around a 2,500 SF outdoor amenity courtyard with lush landscaping and communal furniture groupings. A local artist will be commissioned to install a large scale mural on each building elevation giving the building it’s own unique identity. Building, Fire & Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes are critical to the design of multifamily housing projects. We engage our consultants early in our collaborative design process to work through complex design challenges before they become costly change orders during construction. 

NOVUS is working closely with Cherry Development and Burke Construction. 

The project cost is estimated at $20,000,000. Site Planning, Conceptual Design, Entitlements, Architecture and Interior Design Services. Construction began in Q2 2025.
