AXIOM LIVING MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT

The LGBTQ Center of Southern Nevada purchased a 15,000 SF three-level building to convert into the Gavin J. Goorjian Community Health Center, their newest facility at 921 S. Las Vegas Blvd. This center represents a significant step forward in providing comprehensive and inclusive healthcare for the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond. 

The project cost is estimated at $2.6M. NOVUS Architecture + Interiors provided architecture and Interior Design Services. Construction will begin in Q2 2025.
