AXIOM LIVING MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT

Axiom Living is a multifamily development located on a 1.53-acre site northwest of the I-215 and Rainbow Blvd. intersection. The project provides 130 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom living units to the Las Vegas market. Axiom Living is a market rate five-story, wood-framed, apartment building featuring a grade-level amenity deck with a pool, spa, cabanas, barbecue area, showers, and more. The first level features a Lobby with a fitness center, yoga studio, and a business center all with views to the outdoor pool area. A large outdoor shaded amenity deck is provided on the fifth floor with views of the Las Vegas Strip. The deck includes an outdoor kitchen area, fire pits, and restrooms, providing residents with a great space for social interactions. The exterior is clad with a 3-coat stucco system and high-performance vinyl windows. Thermory wood cladding is applied to the 5th floor outdoor amenity deck for a change of materiality. The building abuts and connects to an existing three-story concrete parking structure. Construction Documents are complete and the project has been submitted to Clark County for permit review which is expected to be completed in Q1 2025.

NOVUS Architecture + Interiors designed every aspect of this project and has a high level of experience with multifamily residential projects. During the design phase, we strive for an efficient layout to minimize the cost of building infrastructure. The project design started in Q2 2023 and Construction Documents were completed in December 2023. Our team provided Conceptual Design, Entitlements, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Permitting Assistance. We will perform Construction Administration services when the project breaks ground.

The project cost is estimated at $30,000,000. NOVUS Architecture + Interiors provided architecture and Interior Design Services. Construction will begin in Q2 2025.
