AXIOM LIVING MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT

In March 2025, our firm successfully completed the design and secured entitlements from Clark County for "LAB," an upscale auto condominium development set on a sprawling 5.275-acre site in Southwest Las Vegas. We are currently advancing to the construction documentation phase. LAB, which stands for Luxury Accessory Building, features over 60 individual units, each boasting a spacious 735-square-foot mezzanine and a private restroom for added convenience. At the heart of this impressive 120,000-square-foot development lies a 5,000-square-foot upscale clubhouse, designed to serve as a social hub for residents. The architecture of LAB is a striking blend of modern aesthetics and functionality, utilizing concrete tilt-up construction for the three perimeter buildings while incorporating a modified prefabricated metal structure at the center. This innovative design not only maximizes space but also enhances the overall appeal of the community. With a focus on creating a luxurious and functional experience for auto enthusiasts, construction is eagerly anticipated to commence in mid-2026. LAB is set to redefine upscale auto storage in Southwest Las Vegas by seamlessly blending luxury with the passion for automobiles.
