MASTER PLANNING

Design is a scale-able planning activity based on need and perspective which can be adjusted to fit each design challenge.  While Architecture and Interior Design services are typically provided at the micro-scale or 50-foot level, Master Planning activities are typically considered at a broader macro-scale or 5,000-foot level.  NOVUS Architecture provides Master Planning services that include site research (zoning, entitlements and land-use), site analysis, site planning, and full Master Planning design services for projects requiring multi-building layouts and analysis.  ALTA surveys, traffic and drainage studies, parking analysis, etc., can also be provided by our Civil Engineering team.
