MULTI-FAMILY MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

In mid-March of 2024, our team completed the Conceptual Design of a seven-story, 172-unit Multi-Family Mixed-Use development on a 1.54-acre site in the Las Vegas Medical District. The development includes studio, one and two-bedroom living units, three-level podium parking with 228 spaces, a fitness center, co-working space, cafe, lounge, and a 4th level amenity deck with a lap pool, cabanas, and unobstructed views of the Las Vegas Strip. The architecture maximizes natural light and views for each space and encourages an indoor/outdoor living environment. This project adds density to the expanding urban core.

The project cost is estimated at $40,000,000. To date, NOVUS Architecture + Interiors provided Site Planning and Conceptual Design. Entitlements, Architecture and Interior Design Services will follow in 2025 with construction starting in 2026.
