NOVUS Architecture + Interiors announces the addition of Carson Galati as its first Marketing & Business Development Manager. This new role supports the firm’s long-term vision for growth, expanded market presence, and strengthened pursuit of both public and private sector opportunities.
Carson brings more than six years of professional services marketing experience, with the majority of his career focused in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry. His background includes leading proposal development, managing pursuit strategies, increasing brand visibility, and supporting firmwide business development initiatives for multidisciplinary design teams.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Carson holds a degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. His combination of local insight and industry-specific marketing experience position him to support the firm’s evolving needs as it continues to pursue larger and more complex project opportunities.
In his new role, Carson will focus on enhancing the firm’s ability to respond to competitive bids, developing targeted marketing strategies, and supporting leadership in identifying and securing new project opportunities. His work will contribute directly to the firm’s broader goals of expanding its portfolio, deepening client relationships, and positioning the firm for continued success in the Las Vegas valley and beyond.
