NOVUS Architecture + Interiors is proud to announce the official groundbreaking of Centurion Mixed-Use (Centurion), a transformative 24-acre mixed use development now underway in West Henderson. Located adjacent to Station Casinos’ planned 63-acre Inspirada Station, Centurion is designed to bring a new level of walkability, community connection, and elevated customer experience to the fast-growing corridor.
Centurion will deliver 600 multifamily residential units and a collection of commercial retail offerings over the course of three phases anticipated over the next five to seven years. As the design architect and architect of record, NOVUS has been partnered with the owner and developer, Sansone Companies, since 2023 to deliver the master plan for this premium development. The firm also worked closely with the City of Henderson, leveraging and building upon years of collaboration, to obtain full entitlements for the project. NOVUS is now providing construction administration support to the builder, R&O Construction.
The first phase, now underway, includes roughly 80,000 square feet of commercial space distributed across nine contemporary buildings on approximately 10 acres. Designed to create an inviting and walkable atmosphere, Phase 1 will feature a full-service grocery store, tavern and other dining options, health and wellness services, and nail salon and beauty services with additional tenants to be announced.
Centurion was conceived with the goal of creating a vibrant destination that complements the surrounding community, including nearby Inspirada, and supports the long-term growth of West Henderson. Each building has been designed to provide a premium visitor experience, with high-end finishes and design features tailored to modern retail and residential needs. Integrated, open-air plazas and shaded pathways encourage walkability and community connectedness.
In addition to providing expanded retail and service offerings to the surrounding neighborhoods, Centurion is expected to bring significant value to West Henderson through job creation across construction, operations, retail, and hospitality.
