NOVUS ARCHITECTURE + INTERIORS HONORED BY AIA NEVADA WITH THE 2025 ARCHITECTURE FIRM AWARD AND THE 2025 EMERGING PROFESSIONAL FRIENDLY AWARD
NOVUS Architecture + Interiors, founded by Principal Architect Dwayne R. Eshenbaugh, AIA, was honored by AIA Nevada as recipient of the prestigious 2025 AIA Nevada Firm Award at the AIA Nevada Design & Service Awards Gala held at the Circa Resort & Casino on November 14, 2024.
The AIA Nevada Architecture Firm Award is the highest honor that the AIA Nevada Chapter can bestow upon an architecture firm. It is awarded to recognize a firm that has produced distinguished architecture for at least five (5) years; has shown a commitment to the American Institute of Architects and the profession of architecture during that time; and has been of service to the community in which they are located.
The firm was also recognized as an Emerging Professional Friendly Firm at the AIA Nevada Design & Service Awards Gala. This recognition celebrates firms across the state that actively support mentorship, licensure, and professional growth for Emerging Professionals and Young Architects.
The AIA Nevada Design Awards celebrate outstanding architecture with the highest levels of innovation, creativity, vision, and design excellence. This program not only sets the standard for exceptional design in Nevada but also serves to educate the public about the pivotal role of architecture in enhancing and uplifting our communities.
