NOVUS Architecture + Interiors celebrated the firm’s move into their newly built studio on the ground level of the Soho Lofts Building located at 900 S. Las Vegas Boulevard. Attendees for the Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony included City of Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman, City Council Woman Olivia Diaz, Hector Lizaola from US Senator Catherine Cortez Masto’s office, Sam Cherry from Cherry Development, along with some friends and the NOVUS Architecture team.
NOVUS Architecture + Interiors has been located in the 18b Arts District since 2011 and as the firm started planning to relocate over a year ago, staying in the Arts District became essential. The central location of the 18b is ideal for staff commutes and visiting clients and boasts one of the most thriving and walkable neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley. The voluminous studio is filled with natural daylighting and ample collaboration space allowing the firm to better serve its clients.
An Open House is being planned during Preview Thursday on Thursday, December 1, 2022, which coincides with the firm’s 13th Anniversary.
